I have to say SMS|Host is an asset for us. We are a small boutique style hotel, with 30 guestrooms. We focus on personalizing the guest experience far beyond expectation. Obtaining mass amounts of information about our guests is extremely important, particularly for our return guests. The profile notes have become immensely helpful for us. It allows us to keep track of absolutely everything for them, the fact that we can create our own profile notes, is another added bonus. We aren’t restricted on information or topics, we can add absolutely anything we need. My personal favorite feature is the birthday field. Although we may not have some of the years, we have Months and Days. This field alone allows us to send out personalized birthday cards by simply running a report. I appreciate that I can create customized reports for what our property needs. Instead of having to run 4 different preset reports, R&R allows me to create one report with all the information. The main benefit of SMS|Host for our property is how it allows us to keep track of our guests, and personalize their experience through the profile notes, and reservation notes/traces.
