The two-way integration between our property management system in SMS|Host and a comprehensive service optimization software system in Nuvola empowers hoteliers to seamlessly manage operations, increase efficiencies and exceed guests expectations. When hotel departments work in silos, it can be incredibly difficult to provide the level of service desired by guests and hoteliers alike.
Nuvola, built by hoteliers for hoteliers, connects every department within a hotel on a single platform allowing staff and guests to communicate seamlessly. This integration uses web services technology that will support the flow of guest reservation, guest profile and housekeeping data from SMS|Host to enhance both front and back of house operations. Nuvola’s Enterprise Suite includes housekeeping, concierge, package management, lost & found, inspections, preventative maintenance, pass-on communications, mobile key entry* and more. In addition, hotels can boost guest engagement via Nuvola’s Guest Chat (SMS Texting) solution, Angel (Web-App) Guest Application, Amazon Alexa for Hospitality, and other contactless communication experiences.

Software & Hardware Requirements
The product is compatible with, and requires, the following versions of Springer-Miller’s software:
- SMS|Host v20.1 or higher
Springer-Miller Systems’ interface to Nuvola requires a Level 1 SMS|Diplomat server as the communications gateway.
