In the relaxed pace of Cabo San Lucas, attentive and personalized service is paramount for successful properties. The two properties of Mexico Grand Hotels are focused on providing experiences that will drive repeat visits. The two properties feature 305 rooms and suites. Overlooking the Sea of Cortez, Hacienda Encantada Resort and Spa offers guests a full resort experience with swimming pools, jacuzzis, a spa and multiple dining options. Situated on the waterfront in Cabo, Marina Fiesta adds to the resort experience with the shopping, dining and activities located adjacent to the property.

With SMS|Host as the core of their hospitality management system, Hacienda Encantada Resort and Marina Fiesta will fully integrate their resort operations. SMS|Host’s modules — SMS|Spa/Resort Scheduling, SMS|Activities and SMS|Retail POS ensures that the spas and recreational facilities are seamlessly connected. Employees throughout the property will have guest information at the tip of their fingers. SMS|Multi-Property Management enables booking across both resorts, as well as cross-property charging, marketing and single database management.

Springer-Miller’s SMS|Owner Fulfillment module will allow Mexico Grand Hotels to simplify their monthly Owners billing statement process. The Owners integration provided by the PSMS system allows them to bring the process in house, reducing outside accounting costs.
