Liz Chidiac Promoted to Senior Director of Client Services at Springer-Miller Systems

Springer-Miller Systems (SMS) is proud to announce the promotion of Liz Chidiac to Senior Director of Client Services. In her new role, Liz will oversee all of client services at SMS, including the Account Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support functions. Liz has a diverse background in almost every operational area at SMS. Her broad operational experience and strong leadership skills have driven her success.

Liz has been a part of the hospitality industry since she was 16 working on the Food & Beverage (F&B) side at various restaurants. Following a move to Las Vegas, Liz joined SMS in 2004 as a trainer for SMS|Touch Point-of-Sale system. She thought that would be a temporary position but “fell in love with the job, the travel, the people and SMS as a company.” In May, Liz will celebrate 20 years with SMS where she has served on the F&B side of the business as a Trainer, Business Analyst, and Product Manager. Prior to her new role, Liz worked with both PMS and POS as Sales Manager.

“I have enjoyed every position I have held at SMS and this latest move has combined all my experience and expertise into one.” Says Liz Chidiac, Director of Account Management at SMS. “Account Management and Client Services are an integral part of SMS’ success and I’m excited to further this commitment with my new team.”

Liz’s promotion comes in conjunction with SMS’ strategic decision to further prioritize their customer’s satisfaction. With dedicated Account Management in place SMS can ensure that each client has their needs met.
