The partnership between PAR Springer-Miller and Glad to Have You has resulted in an innovative line of integrated mobile solutions that allow a property to truly realize the potential of mobile in hospitality. The first release on a platform that will encompass solutions for all of PAR Springer-Miller’s industy-leading software solutions, SMS|Host Anywhere allows for resort or hotel staff to get out from behind the front desk and operate from anywhere on the property to better serve guests at all times.

The curbside check-in and check-out of SMS|Host Anywhere benefits staff by meeting all of their needs with one solution, including initiating new room keys, processing payments, modifying reservations, searching for arrivals and departures and many more valuable operational features.

The new SMS|Host Anywhere app compliments Glad to Have You’s Guest Management System™, a customizable mobile platform designed specifically for the hospitality industry that enables property managers to relay customized details such as property information and destination guidebooks to each guest through a custom mobile app, emails, and push notifications via their mobile device. PAR Springer-Miller has signed an agreement with Glad to Have You to distribute the Guest Management System to their hotel and resort clients.
